We provide machine tool remanufacturing, machine tool rebuilding, CNC retrofitting, and on-site service to machine tool users located in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Our diverse customer base includes manufacturers of large equipment, machinery, and raw material involved in such industries as aerospace, automotive, construction, mining, farming, power generation, marine, shipping, steel and iron. With over 4,000,000 hours of machine tool related services, we have the largest independent database of machine tool repair knowledge in the machine tool industry.
The headquarters for Maintenance Service Corp. is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This facility has 60,000 square feet of floor space and an overhead crane capacity of 25 tons. It is the center for all machine tool remanufacturing, machine tool rebuilding and machine tool retrofitting projects. The Southern Division, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is approximately 47,000 square feet, has an overhead capacity of 25 tons and is air conditioned. This facility currently functions as a machine tool service depot.
Maintenance Service Corp.'s dedicated team, averaging 100 employees, can provide a solution to any machine tool related problem. By developing budgetary quotations, our sales staff can help purchasing managers determine whether to rebuild a machine tool or buy new. They also provide used machinery inspections and consultation on preventative maintenance program development. We have an in-house engineering department equipped with 7 AutoCAD stations. Our engineers, with both mechanical and electrical expertise, provide CNC integration, control troubleshooting, software programming, and machine tool component design.
Our in-house machine shop specializes in emergency repairs and quick turnaround service. In conjunction with our mechanical engineers, our machinists can reverse engineer parts that are no longer available or when an OEM delivery time is too long.
Our technicians include both mechanics and electricians. They are experienced in traditional machine tool repairs such as scraping to fit, as well as in new alignment techniques, such as laser calibration for quality and ISO conformance.
